Resolved - Our Product and Engineering team have found the root cause and they have implemented a fix to the new UI to ensure full functionality for all users. Any users still seeing issues will just need to click again on the Appointment tab to load the page correctly. Identified - Engineers have identified the issue affecting the the appointments tab and are working on a fix. In the meantime, users experiencing this issue can click on the "Go back to old look" button at the top of the appointments tab as a workaround to continue using the feature. Resolved - We are pleased to inform you that our payments services have been restored, and you should now be able to take payments within myKaarma. For any duplicate transactions that may have occurred as a result of the service disruption, our payments engineering team will work on refunding the majority of those additional payments within the next 24 hours (estimate) so that only one transaction per RO and payment method will have been taken during that time. Our team will also continue to monitor the payments services to ensure they continue to remain active and available. While they continue to make progress, users can still take payments via our backup payments site by visiting the URL mkpay.us. IMPORTANT: To verify if an attempted payment has gone through, please check the customer's message thread for payment verification. Payments taken through the myKaarma application or online by customers are working intermittently, but may have processing delays of up to 20 minutes.
